A leading e-commerce pet retail company is seeking a Creative Manager with best-in-class project and account management skills to join their Creative Services Team based in Florida. This team fosters best-in-class creative outcomes that deliver on internal partner's business objectives. They understand what strong relationships require and the best practices for growing them, while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
In this role, you will oversee creative planning and execution for the company's brand and private label brands. You will partner with Creative Leaders to develop creative strategies and solutions for business challenges, while juggling multiple projects from start to finish. A passion for pets and culturally defining consumer brands is a must.

What you'll do:
- Partner with brand, marketing and cross-functional team leads as they develop their roadmaps and manage the creative pipeline for your account.
- Intake all creative briefs, ensuring creative requirements, specs and best practices are captured.
- Convert briefs into projects via workflow system. Assign resources and develop detailed timelines and workplans to get creative reviewed, approved and delivered.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters and Studio on the work, serving as the voice of the customer and business throughout the process.
- Present to senior-level clients and evoke trust and credibility through strategic thinking and communication style. Capture, communicate and action feedback to creative teams.
- Lead internal and external status meetings; forecast, track and report out on project health. Advise on risks, issues and tradeoffs to achieve launch.
- Oversee handoff from Design to Creative Production teams to build out and QA assets and deliver to Channel leads.
- Be an ambassador for Creative Services in presentations and strategy discussions, instill a passion for collaboration, teamwork and inspiration.
- Roll up your sleeves to pitch in wherever needed.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree required in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- 6+ years experience within an agency or marketing department managing creative workflow and teams.
- eCommerce and/or Retail account management experience preferred.
- A working knowledge of multi-channel marketing tactics and brand development with an emphasis on digital and product packaging.
- Proficiency with project management software tools with a passion for optimizing processes and maintaining detailed project documentation. Experience in Workfront, Smartsheet and/or Figma is a bonus!
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment.
- Experience with file and asset management in a shared server/location, enterprise level project management software environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $43/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
