- 5+ years Materials Process Engineer experience
- MIL-STD experience
- Previous experience reviewing drawings or specs
- Experience creating and verifying process control plans

Day to Day:
An aerospace company in the greater phoenix area is looking for a Materials Process Engineer to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for evaluating and developing non-metallic materials and processes with focus on Polymer Matrix Composites for aerospace applications. Additional work responsibilities will include providing support in the transition of material and processes to production, providing manufacturing processing expertise to troubleshoot and solve technical problems, and providing support for continuous improvement activities. The successful candidate must have knowledge and industrial experience, preferably in the aerospace industry, with polymer matrix composites and structural adhesives.
