- Support project coordination across departments
- Assist in planning and development phases
- Prepare invoices, estimates, and meeting schedules
- Monitor project progress and report updates
- Perform research and administrative tasks as needed

- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma required; relevant certifications preferred
