Position Overview:
As a Field Scope Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by conducting lead inspections, managing the customer pipeline, and facilitating insurance claim approvals. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to continually learn and adapt.
Base pay + a bonus for every inspection completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Inspections: Conduct initial roof inspections for potential projects.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and update the Company’s CRM system to ensure efficient progress of deals, creating tasks, and communicating with team members and customers.
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by educating homeowners about the insurance claim process and ensuring clear, reliable communication.
- Insurance Coordination: Complete repair tests, reinspections, and other necessary steps to facilitate the approval of insurance claims for re-roofing opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Prepare for and participate in meetings with team members and maintain open communication to address specific opportunities.
- Ongoing Learning: Stay up-to-date with roofing systems, shingle types, and insurance policies through continuous education and training.
- General Duties: Perform other reasonable responsibilities consistent with the position as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and improve technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance claims is preferred but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
