We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our energetic team and help connect shippers with the right carriers to keep goods moving across the country. This is a growth-focused, entry/mid-level role with a clear path to becoming a Carrier Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers
- Use logistics tools like DAT, Truckstop, and Macropoint to manage freight
- Help plan transportation routes and coordinate dispatch
- Communicate shipment updates and resolve any issues quickly
- Support our Carrier Sales and CSR teams with day-to-day operations
- Keep accurate records of freight activity and communications
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of logistics, dispatching, or freight experience is a plus, but not required
- A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail – nothing gets past you
- Great communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable learning new software and working with data
- Organized, reliable, and motivated to grow
