Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Director of Logistics/Operations role based in any of the following and surrounding areas: Miami, FL, Bronx, NY or Los Angeles, CA.
As the Director of Logistics/Operations, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, manage warehouse operations, and ensure the efficiency of logistics operations. Key responsibilities include leading the logistics team, creating operational strategies that enhance productivity, monitoring KPIs, managing vendor relationships, and addressing challenges in real time. You will play a critical role in optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless execution of operations for our diverse clients.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management processes
- Expertise in Operations Management, including team leadership, strategy building, and problem resolution
- Proficiency in Warehouse Operations, inventory management, and space optimization
- Demonstrated ability to manage and streamline processes in dynamic, multi-market environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics management software and other industry-standard tools
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Previous experience working in high-demand industries or handling complex logistics is a strong advantage
Compensation: 100k - 150k plus benefits and bonus
