This role oversees the strategic, operational, and technical functions of a rapidly growing commercial and industrial roofing firm serving Florida and Georgia. Core responsibilities include directing large-scale roofing and coating projects, managing high-value client relationships, and ensuring full compliance with manufacturer specifications, building codes, OSHA safety standards, and internal quality-control requirements.
Key duties include writing detailed proposals, developing project scopes, scheduling and conducting client meetings, performing on-site evaluations, and coordinating site visits throughout all phases of construction. The position also provides oversight of field crews, ensuring proper installation practices, daily productivity, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
The role leads teams across multiple project categories—including silicone restoration systems, spray polyurethane foam, TPO/PVC/KEE membranes, metal roofing, polyurea systems, and epoxy floor-to-ceiling applications. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, contract development, warranty coordination, vendor and manufacturer communication, cost control, staffing support, and overall administrative leadership.
This position combines advanced field expertise with executive-level management to drive operational efficiency, project success, and long-term organizational growth.
Pay: $52,180.63 - $62,841.19 per year
