We’re hiring a Dispatcher (Logistics Coordinator) to join our growing Expedite Department in Independence, MO. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take charge of logistics and operations.
You’ll play a key part in coordinating time-sensitive shipments across the U.S. and Canada, managing communication with drivers and customers, and helping us maintain top-tier service. We offer full training, hands-on support, and real opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage expedited freight and NFO freight across the U.S. and Canada
- Source loads from load boards and existing customer relationships
- Communicate clearly with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any service issues
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and load documentation
- Assist with quoting, tracking, and updating shipment statuses
- Respond quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with Gmail
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
- Experience in logistics (ground and air), dispatch, or transportation is required
