Role Description
The Logistics Coordinator will learn the business through hands-on training and develop into an industry professional within the 24/7 Express Solutions Brokerage department. This role focuses on building strong relationships with third-party carriers while supporting sales efforts to generate revenue and profitability. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for covering freight and progressively developing the skills needed to independently generate sales. Success in this position requires a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and a desire to grow into a well-rounded logistics professional.
The base pay range for this position is $21- $23 an hour, with overtime opportunities, plus a commission plan. OTE earnings of $60,000 annually.
