Description: Responsible for Supporting the Project Manager and assumes full authority in their absence. Manages day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing contract deliverables and team coordination.
- Handle administrative aspects of program management.
- Provide customer support and resolve operational issues.
- Communicate with FEMA staff and stakeholders.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in remote customer service and database use.
- S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
