Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Rail and Logistics Specialist based in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Rail and Logistics Specialist will be responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound, freight operations, managing rolling stock, and ensuring efficient delivery processes. The role also involves analyzing logistics data, optimizing transport procedures, and maintaining a client-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

- Expertise in Rail and over the road Transport and Rolling Stock operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee and optimize transportation processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a client-focused approach and foster strong client relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or transportation industries is a plus
