Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the quality management system documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AC 7115, AS9100 and IATF 16949 requirements and the environmental system to ISO 1400 I requirements.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify the effectiveness of quality systems and processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Facilitate quality training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of quality systems
Coordinate and manage customer audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation and processes align with customer requirements
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management with actionable recommendations
Support new product development initiatives by ensuring quality considerations are incorporated from the outset

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CQE or CQA) are a plus
At least 3 years of experience in quality systems engineering or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
Must have experience with FMEA, GD&T, PPAP and APQP
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
