Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and team leadership to ensure successful project execution and continuous process improvement. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in program development, portfolio management, and implementing best practices aligned with organizational goals.

Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects across multiple teams using project management software.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct requirements analysis to define project objectives and deliverables.
Manage project scope changes through effective change management processes and negotiation with stakeholders.
Oversee project scheduling and time management to ensure milestones are met.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through effective team management, conflict resolution, and meeting facilitation.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.
Utilize data analysis skills for project reporting, progress tracking, and decision-making support.
Establish and sustain corporate, state and local compliance
Maintain comprehensive documentation including technical writing for process mapping, process management, and project reports.

Experience

Proven experience in project management with a minimum of 5 years leading complex projects in diverse environments.
Strong background in program development, program management, construction, solar and portfolio oversight.
Demonstrated expertise in risk management, scope management, cost control, scheduling tools
Skilled in leadership roles involving team management, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and stakeholder communication.
Technical proficiency with all Microsoft products.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
