Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery execution across enterprise customer programs and internal technology initiatives. This role ensures that complex projects are executed efficiently, communicated clearly, and delivered successfully across multiple teams and stakeholders.
As a Senior Project Manager at BookedBy, you will oversee project delivery for our enterprise customers—coordinating internal engineering, QA, and product teams while maintaining strong communication with external partners and customers. You will bring structure, predictability, and accountability to how we plan, track, and deliver key technology projects.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role — ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple concurrent projects, building trust with customers, and driving results in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage delivery execution across multiple enterprise customer programs and internal technology projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and customers, ensuring transparent communication on timelines, risks, and releases.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Support Manager and Client Success to provide clear, timely updates on support tickets and requests from end users.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, providing visibility for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate and proactively address project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to continuously refine delivery processes and improve execution across teams.
- Establish and track key delivery metrics to measure performance, velocity, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate consistent communication and alignment across internal leadership and customer partners.
- Ensure documentation, release notes, and communication artifacts are accurate and consistently shared.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery management for software development teams.
- Proven success leading enterprise-level software delivery projects from planning through release.
- Strong understanding of agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to build trust with both technical teams and customer executives.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies.
- Proficient with project tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS or POS system implementations.
- Previous Startup or Growth-phase company experience
- Background working directly with external customers or technology partners.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development concepts.
