Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders from multiple sales channels (wholesale, e-commerce, retail partners, etc.).
- Validate pricing, SKUs, promotions, and shipping details to ensure all order information is correct.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Communicate order status, shipment updates, and backorder information to customers and account managers.
- Manage order changes, returns, and cancellations following company policy.
- Support the sales team with order tracking, reporting, and account documentation.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all order transactions and communications.
- Assist in implementing and improving order entry processes and system efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate receiving levels of components and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels at 3PL.
- Maintain cycle count schedule and accurate inventory adjustments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, sales operations, or customer service within a consumer goods or e-commerce environment.
- Strong computer skills — proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and order management or ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Netstock, Shopify, trueCommerce, Commerce Hub, and Netsuite).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-focused mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
