Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Project Management Director to lead the transformation of BioLab Holdings through the execution of strategic initiatives. This role serves as the end-to-end leader for Product Development and Design Transfer initiatives. You will drive key program achievements by leading the initiation, planning, execution, and measurement of project and operational performance indicators. The Project Management Director will work cross-functionally, assigning appropriate responsibilities to support the achievement of program roadmaps and project plans. Your experience and competencies will be leveraged to analyze project metrics, establish project risk and scope management strategies, and optimize the use of internal and external resources.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Initiative Execution:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of key strategic projects, including Product Development and Design Transfer initiatives.
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and assign tasks to ensure successful execution. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. Adjust plans and strategies as necessary to stay on target.
Risk and Scope Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them. Manage changes in project scope and objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with departments such as R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure all project elements are aligned with the company’s overall strategy and market needs.
Resource Management:
- Effectively utilize both internal and external resources to drive program and project achievements. Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources across multiple projects.
Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall business strategies. Prepare reports on project status, issues, and performance to leadership.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the biotech, health, or regenerative medicine industries.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale product development initiatives.
- Experience with strategic initiative execution and managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
