As the Project Coordinator, you will:
- Support projects through scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication
- Coordinate logistics, agendas, and meeting materials; track and follow up on action items
- Serve as a liaison between designers, architects, engineers, leadership, and ownership
- Assist with capital and operational budgets, acquisitions, and project implementation
- Oversee procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain project management systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support sustainability efforts, including energy benchmarking and reporting
- Create and refine processes to improve team efficiency and communication
You bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework preferred
- 1–2 years of experience coordinating projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Smartsheet and Yardi experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read plans/specs and manage multiple priorities
- A self-starter mindset with integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail
