Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Dental Chair Refurbishment Technician. This is a hybrid general laborer/technician position with a focus on refurbishing and restoring dental chairs. No prior dental equipment experience is required—we provide full training.
This position is ideal for candidates with mechanical, construction, or HVAC backgrounds who enjoy working with their hands and learning new skills. Long-term, this role includes nationwide travel for chair installation.
Key Responsibilities:
During Training (First 90 Days):
Refurbish dental chairs and components
Replace hoses, fittings, and blocks
Clean and sanitize dental chairs
Assist with reupholstering chairs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Post-Training (Upon Hire):
Assist with the delivery and installation of dental chairs
Travel throughout the United States for onsite installations
Coordinate logistics with shipping and receiving teams
Professionally represent the company at customer locations
May include overnight stays and occasional weekend work (travel expenses covered)
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on skills
Experience in construction, mechanical work, or HVAC a strong plus
Comfortable using tools and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Travel Requirements:
Nationwide travel required post-training (airfare, lodging, and meals provided)
Travel may include nights and weekends depending on project timelines
