About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Specialist to join our growing residential remodeling team. You’ll be responsible for small to mid-sized renovations to get the property market ready for STL Reno for Single Family homes and Apartments in the greater St Louis area.
This is a W-2 full-time position with consistent work year-round. Most jobs are pre-sold remodels — no chasing leads or quoting jobs. You’ll work alongside a professional team including construction specialists, electricians, and project managers
Key Responsibilities
- Renovations
- Clean out and demo
- Hang and repair drywall
- Prepare painting surfaces and apply paint to various surfaces.
- Install cabinets, toilets, fixtures, outlets, etc.
- Perform finish work with quality
- Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs as needed only.
- Perform various production tasks on site including jobsite clean up
- Perform minor exterior improvements such as landscaping, gutter clean out, and fence repairs.
- Ensure all work is up to standard
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades on schedule and execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during remodels
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and company standards of quality
Requirements
- Residential remodeling experience
- Strong understanding of construction
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors, in crawlspaces, basements, and attics as needed

- Annual salary of $50,000-55,000 depending on experience with additional gas stipend available
