Job Shout-Out: Product Manager – Custom Platform
📍 Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid)
💰 Salary: ~$140K Base
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the design and build of a custom in-house platform used by our clients and internal teams. This person will own the product end-to-end and work closely with engineering, internal stakeholders, and third-party partners to bring the system to life.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a custom-built internal/client platform
- Partner with engineering to design and build a homegrown system from the ground up
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specs, and user stories
- Manage API integrations and third-party partner connections
- Act as the primary product owner for the platform, driving ongoing improvements and features
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building or managing custom/internal platforms or systems
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical product development
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical architecture and solutions
- Experience owning a product end-to-end and driving roadmap execution
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Hybrid role based in Long Beach, CA with a $140K base salary.
