- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Compensation: $23–$26/hour + monthly bonus potential and benefits
✅ Required Qualifications
At least 18 years old
High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic) in the state of employment
Current BLS or CPR certification
Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
As the Center’s Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), you’ll be responsible for donor health and safety. You’ll:
Perform health screenings and physical exams
Monitor donor eligibility and safety
Respond to donor reactions to provide care as needed
Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
