What You’ll Do:

Perform inspections to identify roofing issues and assess repair needs
Estimate repairs fairly and correctly
Repair and replace damaged roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and membranes
Locate and repair leaks and water damage
Install flashing and sealants to prevent future leaks
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in roof repair or related field
Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safety and following industry regulations
