Job Description:
As an On-the-Road Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with customers across the region. You will be responsible for visiting potential and existing clients, presenting our products, and closing sales. If you're an outgoing, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to present and sell our window products and services.
- Develop new business by meeting with potential clients.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or similar role, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in the window or construction industry is a plus.
