We have partnered with a US based Building Materials company to recruit for a Vice President of Operations to look after their multi site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire operations lifecycle, from production to delivery.
- Manage budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate the operations team to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee operations across multiple facilities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships - Address and resolve any operational challenges and issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Cabinetry Industry.
- Proven experience in operations management across multiple plants.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
