You as a rock star roofing sales representative will be the primary resource for our customers during their roofing experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential areas affected by storms and natural disasters.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of storm restoration services and the solutions we provide.
- Assess and evaluate storm damage on properties, providing accurate estimates to homeowners/guide homeowners through the insurance process.
- Close sales and generate leads for future business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of storm restoration projects.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or field sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of storm damage restoration services is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and resilient. Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to walk and inspect roofs for damages if necessary .
- Must have a independent nature, self-disciplined, and good time management.
- Must provide workman's-compensation paperwork.
