Project Coordinator – Disaster Response Division

Environmental Earth-Wise, Inc. (EEW) is a national provider of emergency management and logistical support services. Our Disaster Response Division delivers full-scale operational support for federal, state, and local agencies during hurricanes, wildfires, floods, and other major incidents. We build, supply, and sustain temporary basecamps and response sites—providing shelter, power, potable water, sanitation, food service, and infrastructure support for thousands of personnel at a time.
We’re seeking a Project Coordinator who thrives in high-tempo, mission-driven environments. This position requires initiative, accountability, and a hands-on approach to coordinating logistics, vendors, and field operations across multiple states. Prior military experience with an honorable discharge is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for disaster response and recovery projects
- Source, vet, and onboard vendors; collect COIs, W-9s, pricing, and required compliance forms
- Maintain real-time accuracy of project trackers, quotes, and deployment documentation
- Communicate continuously with field teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure operational readiness
- Support mobilizations by coordinating equipment, deliveries, and personnel
- Travel on short notice during activations to assist in on-site coordination and support
What You Bring
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to execute under pressure
- Experience in logistics coordination, emergency operations, construction/project support, or government contracting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (SharePoint experience a plus)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally for deployments, often with limited notice
Preferred Qualifications
- Former armed forces service with honorable discharge
- Prior experience in disaster response, field logistics, or large-scale operational support
- Familiarity with procurement processes or vendor management systems
- ICS/NIMS certifications (ICS 100, 200, 700, 800) or willingness to complete upon hire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
