Ability to commute/relocate: San Francisco, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). We do not offer relocation assistance.

Work Location: Onsite Office work and Hybrid telecommuting will be option after 6-month introductory period

Job Summary:

Ensure that the adequate inventory level is maintained for all co-packed items by coordinating production efforts. Also involves in resolving issues arising from production, transportation and warehousing activities for the co-packed items.

General Accountabilities:

Maintain item registration, cost of ingredients, and production information in the internal system
Schedule production, arrange necessary raw materials for co-packers, and inventory reconciliation of raw materials.
Ensure receipt of COA and maintain in record
Communicate/ resolve billing and payment issue with co-packers and vendors
Review vendors and copackers' invoices
Review product label and maintain in files
Maintain internal scanned label info spreadsheet

Job Qualifications:

AA degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years related experience with keen understanding of shipping and receiving production materials and finished goods and its documentations.

Skills:

Excellent computer knowledge and skills using Excel, Microsoft Windows, Word and E-mail
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of inventory control procedures, supply chain logistics and food & beverage industry (distributer) etc.
Consistent follow up and follow through with ability to establish and maintain priorities.
Excellent telephone and typing skills.
Well organized, detail-oriented, familiar with record keeping systems

Salary: Salary commensurate with years of experience
