Summary: Seeking tenured Construction Manager for high-profile data center new construction.
Experience:
- Large scale data center experience
- 50gw or greater
Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of construction activities and site operations.
- Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
- Monitoring schedules, costs, and quality during construction.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and contracts.
- Reporting progress to ownership or the project manager.
