Position: Mitigation Technician
Location: Missoula, MT
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Role Overview:
As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in responding to water and fire damage emergencies. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, executing cleanup and restoration tasks, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective mitigation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to water and fire damage situations
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the extent of damage
- Perform cleanup and restoration tasks using specialized equipment
- Coordinate with team members to streamline mitigation efforts
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality workmanship
Qualifications:
- Experience in water and fire damage mitigation preferred
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Relevant certifications in mitigation and restoration are a plus
