Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MSP/MSSP Sales Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in driving new business development, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships in the SMB market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling managed services, cybersecurity solutions, and IT consulting offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the SMB and mid-market sectors
· Promote and sell Ntreks’ suite of managed IT and cybersecurity services, including:
o Helpdesk & Infrastructure Support
o vCISO & Compliance Services
o Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR)
o Backup & Disaster Recovery
o Patch Management, RMM, and more
· Conduct client discovery and technical needs assessments with support from engineering team
· Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
· Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation efforts and participate in local events
· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
· 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC)
· Proven ability to develop and close six-figure deals with C-level decision makers
· Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
· CRM proficiency (ConnectWise preferred)
· Located in or willing to travel occasionally to the Sarasota/Tampa area
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience selling Acronis, Microsoft 365, or other leading cybersecurity/backup platforms
· Understanding of service-based pricing and subscription models
· Existing book of business or active professional network a strong plus
