Lead Window & Door Installer

Location: Columbia River Gorge (Bingen, WA / Hood River, OR)
Pay: $26 – $34+ per hour DOE + bonuses

We are seeking experienced window and door installers to join our thriving team. We are a well-established, high-end window & door company serving the Columbia River Gorge and surrounding areas. Our projects include new custom homes, large-format glass installations, and retrofit/replacement work.

We install specialty door systems including multi-glides, lift & slides, folding, and pivot doors.

Familiarity with a wide range of window and door products is a plus. If you have solid foundational experience and meet the qualifications below, we will train for more advanced installations. We are looking for individuals who are careful, detail-oriented, and have strong carpentry skills.

What We’re Looking For

Experience installing windows & doors (new construction and retrofit)
Strong carpentry and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and clean workmanship
Professional with customers and team
Ability to lead by example and earn the respect of others
Organized, steady, and dependable

Preferred Experience (some or all)

Flashing systems and building envelope knowledge
Residential window replacement / retrofit
Aluminum window systems
Glazing
Experience interacting with builders or managing small crews
Experience with specialty doors (bi-parting, folding, multi-glide, pivot)
Strong caulking and finishing skills
