Lead Window & Door Installer
Location: Columbia River Gorge (Bingen, WA / Hood River, OR)
Pay: $26 – $34+ per hour DOE + bonuses
We are seeking experienced window and door installers to join our thriving team. We are a well-established, high-end window & door company serving the Columbia River Gorge and surrounding areas. Our projects include new custom homes, large-format glass installations, and retrofit/replacement work.
We install specialty door systems including multi-glides, lift & slides, folding, and pivot doors.
Familiarity with a wide range of window and door products is a plus. If you have solid foundational experience and meet the qualifications below, we will train for more advanced installations. We are looking for individuals who are careful, detail-oriented, and have strong carpentry skills.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience installing windows & doors (new construction and retrofit)

Preferred Experience (some or all)
- Flashing systems and building envelope knowledge
- Residential window replacement / retrofit
- Aluminum window systems
- Glazing
- Experience interacting with builders or managing small crews
- Experience with specialty doors (bi-parting, folding, multi-glide, pivot)
- Strong caulking and finishing skills

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
