Luxor Staffing is hiring a Logistics Analyst paying $24 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!
Shift: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments, and communicating with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, bills of lading, shipment records, and inventory transfers while ensuring data accuracy.
- Review freight invoices, verify carrier charges, identify billing discrepancies, and assist with resolving payment and reconciliation issues.
- Track and analyze logistics performance metrics, including on-time deliveries, shipping costs, and carrier performance, and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate with warehouse, fulfillment, sales, and transportation teams to resolve shipping issues, maintain compliance, and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, freight coordination, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, accounts payable, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and prepare performance reports.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
