Priority Construction Services is looking for an experienced Interior Finish Carpenter to join our remodeling and construction team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, can work independently, and has experience handling a wide variety of residential remodeling projects.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a well-rounded carpenter who understands residential construction and can confidently complete projects from framing through finish work.

- Bathroom remodels
- Basement finishes and remodels
- Kitchen remodeling
- Cabinet installation
- Window and door installation
- Interior framing
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Additions
- Interior doors, casing, baseboard, and other finish work
- Punch-list and repair work
- General residential remodeling
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on carpentry and remodeling experience and is comfortable working on different types of projects.
You should be able to:
- Read plans, measurements, and work orders
- Frame walls, openings, and other residential structures
- Install windows and doors correctly
- Install cabinets and finish carpentry
- Perform accurate trim, casing, and baseboard work
- Work on bathroom and basement remodels
- Troubleshoot issues that come up during remodeling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Communicate effectively with project managers, coworkers, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Work independently without requiring constant supervision
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous professional carpentry/remodeling experience required
- Strong finish carpentry skills
- Residential framing experience
- Experience with windows, doors, cabinets, bathrooms, basements, and additions preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and able to show up consistently and on time
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must take pride in the finished product and customer experience
