Job Description
We are seeking a Skilled / Experienced Roofing Technician to join our crew. This is not an entry-level position. We need a knowledgeable roofing professional with proven skills and verifiable professional references who can hit the ground running, work efficiently as part of an integrated team, and execute complex installations flawlessly without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace high-quality asphalt shingles and metal roofing systems.
- Lay out roofing materials, manage flashings, and ensure watertight seals on all projects.
- Work independently on assigned tasks, maintaining a high pace and zero-defect quality standard.
- Safely navigate jobsites, utilizing ladders, scaffolding, and working comfortably at various heights.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite in compliance with standard safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated, high-level mastery of asphalt and metal roofing installations.
- Professional References: Must provide at least 2 verifiable professional references from past employers or clients confirming your skills and reliability (Required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional roofing experience (Required).
- Reliability: Must have reliable personal transportation to consistently arrive at our shop for early morning starts (5:30 AM – 6:30AM).
- License: Valid Driver’s License
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in varying winter and summer weather conditions, and confidently work on ladders/at heights.

- Full-time (Year-Round)
- Monday to Friday
- Early morning shift (5:30 AM – 6:30AM start times)

- Multiple jobsites around the Greater Bangor area.
