Qualified candidates must have the following:
- Experience with industrial Concrete/Construction work
- Knowledge of the construction industry, equipment and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve disputes between workers
- Lift and carry 50 pounds for sustained distances
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to stand, walk, crouch stoop and sit for varying times during shifts up to 12 hours long
