Gate Control / Vehicle Check-In Clerk – Nationwide Disaster Relief Deployment

Strategic Partner Solutions (SPS) is building a roster of gate control and vehicle check-in personnel ready to travel nationwide and mobilize on short notice for disaster-response logistics assignments.
This position supports vehicle check-in, shipment documentation, and communication at disaster-relief staging yards. Deployment of this role is subject to client authorization.
PAY & SCHEDULE
- $25/hour for day and night shifts.
- Overtime at $37.50/hour after 40 hours in a workweek.
- Planned 12-hour day and night shifts. Each employee will be assigned to one shift.
- Work may be scheduled up to 7 days a week.
- Longer assignments may transition to 8-hour shifts.
- Must be available for extended hours, nights, weekends, and assignments lasting several weeks.
- Final schedule and assignment duration will be confirmed before deployment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record vehicle arrivals and departures.
- Review manifests and check shipment information for accuracy.
- Maintain clear, accurate vehicle and shipment logs.
- Communicate with designated site personnel.
- Follow site check-in procedures and report discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Vehicle check-in, shipping/receiving, logistics, or administrative recordkeeping experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ready to travel nationwide on short notice.
- Reliable transportation and dependable phone communication.
- Ability to work safely around vehicle traffic and in changing weather conditions.
- Complete required background screening, drug testing, and onboarding.
- Meet applicable federal-contract eligibility requirements.
