We’re looking for an experienced Rooftop Solar Foreman to lead residential solar installation crews and make sure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise rooftop solar installation crews
- Oversee daily jobsite operations and keep projects on schedule
- Install and supervise installation of solar panels, racking, inverters, and related equipment
- Read and understand electrical and solar plans
- Ensure installations meet company standards and applicable codes
- Maintain a safe, organized jobsite
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide hands-on support
- Communicate with project managers, homeowners, and crew members
- Train and mentor less-experienced installers
- Complete quality-control checks before jobs are finished
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience installing residential rooftop solar
- Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of solar installation practices and safety
- Ability to read plans and understand system layouts
- Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, and able to lead a crew
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
