Deployment Specialist

Join a growing disaster response and communications company that helps keep critical cellular networks operational during wildfires, power outages, earthquakes, storms, and other emergency events. Working in a small, friendly, and collaborative environment, you'll play a key role deploying and supporting portable generators throughout California.
What You'll Do:
- Deploy, retrieve, tow, inspect, and refuel portable generators supporting emergency communication networks
- Respond to planned and emergency call-outs during power outages and disaster response events
- Complete equipment inspections, maintain accurate records, and support yard operations
- Drive company vehicles and tow generators to field locations throughout California
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in construction, solar, field operations, equipment logistics, towing, or related industries preferred
- Strong work ethic with the flexibility to work overtime and respond to emergency situations
- Comfortable working outdoors and in changing field conditions
- Valid California driver's license required
Schedule & Perks:
- Multiple shifts available: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, or 10:30 AM-6:00 PM
- On-call rotation approximately once every 4-6 weeks (7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
- Overtime opportunities available
