Assistant Project Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project teams in delivering successful outcomes. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders. Duties
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects according to established timelines and budgets.
- Support the project manager in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate meetings with clients and team members to review project milestones and gather feedback.
- Help manage documentation related to project scope, changes, and approvals.
- Contribute to risk management by identifying potential issues early and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience supporting project management activities or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: $71,018.26 - $76,851.59 per year
