Reconstruction Project Manager:
As our Reconstruction Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of each job, communicating confidently with homeowners while keeping field work aligned with the approved scope and budget as conditions change. You achieve results by working with and through others, solving problems quickly and decisively to keep projects moving forward. Join us at Disaster Recovery Services (DRS) as our Reconstruction Project Manager, where your action-oriented initiative will ensure high-quality reconstruction results.
What you’ll need to be our Reconstruction Project Manager:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating construction, reconstruction, or similar remodeling projects
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with proven ability to manage estimates, schedules, and cost controls
- Proven ability to communicate project details clearly and effectively across audiences through various mediums, especially when facilitating design processes with homeowners
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and sequencing, preferably with in-depth construction knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and the ability to ensure safe work practices on active jobsites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction and project management software
- Previous experience with restoration practices and procedures, including proficiency in Xactimate software, preferred

What you’ll do as the Reconstruction Project Manager:
- Lead assigned reconstruction projects from job commencement through final closeout
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for clients and external project partners
- Maintain alignment among project scope, budget, schedules, and resource needs
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and internal partners to keep projects progressing
- Support estimating and other operational priorities as project volume and business needs shift
