About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Lead to manage multiple enterprise technology and business initiatives from planning through implementation and transition. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on project management professional who can lead complex initiatives, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, and manage all project management activities for enterprise-wide initiatives.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously through the full project lifecycle, including solicitation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, acquisition, implementation, migration, archival, and retirement of legacy applications.
· Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects in parallel.
· Manage and control project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and required tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
· Apply expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and promote adherence to project management best practices.
· Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and project sponsors.
· Conduct project status meetings, steering meetings, and project reviews.
· Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, risks, issues, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
· Develop, maintain, and manage all required project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
· Identify potential project risks and issues proactively and implement appropriate risk mitigation and resolution strategies.
· Support strategic planning and roadmap development for technology and business initiatives.
· Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and organizational change activities.
· Drive continuous process improvement related to project delivery, methodologies, and operational effectiveness.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration across diverse teams and organizational levels.

Projects may include initiatives related to:
· Mortgage servicing and mortgage production technology solutions
· Development and compliance monitoring technology solutions
· Contract administration technology solutions
· Business continuity initiatives
· Facilities and space planning, including assessing future workforce, operational, and growth requirements
· Legacy application modernization, migration, archival, and retirement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
3+ years of experience managing projects using Hybrid methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
3+ years of experience in Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
3+ years of experience in Risk Management
3+ years of experience in Resource Management
3+ years of experience in Change Management
3+ years of experience in Budget Planning
Bachelor's degree and experience managing large projects of moderate complexity and risk
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Process Improvement
Understanding of Financial Principles
Understanding of Accounting Principles
Knowledge of Mortgage Principles or mortgage-related business processes
