Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to lead diverse initiatives across our organization. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear project deliverables through thorough requirements analysis.
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions smoothly and effectively.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe methodologies to adapt project approaches based on scope and complexity.
- Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Utilize project management software for tracking progress, earned value management, and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Lead team management efforts by supervising project staff, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and promoting continuous improvement through Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Facilitate meetings effectively to align stakeholders on project status, scope changes, and upcoming milestones while maintaining clear communication channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising multiple projects within a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on IT infrastructure or product development.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, PMI standards, and Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Kanban.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Primavera P6, or equivalent software solutions.
- Strong skills in process mapping, business process modeling, requirements gathering & analysis, and program development.
- Demonstrated ability in scope management, schedule planning, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent leadership qualities with experience in team management and program portfolio oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective presentation delivery and stakeholder negotiation.
- Technical expertise in data analysis skills using SAS or similar tools is advantageous for data collection and reporting tasks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities using Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen strategies for continuous process improvement.

Pay: $69,915.02 - $84,198.74 per year
