At SESLOC, it is the people that make the place. Rooted in academics, and locally headquartered for over 80 years, we are the credit union with the funny name. But to us, financial dreams and goals are serious business.

In this role, you'll provide project governance, tools, guidance, and reporting to help departments plan and execute projects effectively. You'll partner with employees across SESLOC to promote consistent project delivery practices, track progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making. You may also serve as the project lead for select initiatives.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams
Experience with project reporting, dashboards, and project management tools

Professional discretion when handling confidential information

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5-7 years of progressive experience in project coordination, project support, or project delivery environments
Experience supporting technology and cross-functional projects preferred

Join us and play a key role in strengthening project delivery, collaboration, and organizational success across SESLOC.

SESLOC has a collegial, team focused work environment. We offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits including fully paid employee medical, dental and vision; vacation, sick, holiday time off; and a 401k with generous employer match.

Be sure to attach a cover letter explaining how you are the perfect fit for this role and a current resume.
