About the Role:
Right Way Plumbing and Mechanical LLC. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager with 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience. You will manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plumbing projects from planning through completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Lead, schedule, and supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide guidance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (commercial, residential, or industrial).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Experience managing project teams and timelines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Safety certifications (OSHA preferred) a plus.
