Role Description The Global Director of Information Technology will lead the overall IT vision, strategy, and execution for Intangible Assets, LLC, ensuring technology systems effectively support business objectives across all regions. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Elgin, IL or Chicago, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, managing infrastructure and applications, and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity for internal teams and contract recruiters. The role will supervise IT staff and vendors, establish and monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and security. The Global Director will collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational goals, manage budgets, mitigate risk, and support digital tools that enhance talent acquisition, data integrity, and client service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Management and leading global Information Technology initiatives, including strategic planning and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee IT Operations, including infrastructure, applications, support services, and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of Network Security, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance with relevant data protection standards.
- Experience developing and executing IT Strategy that aligns with organizational growth, efficiency, and digital transformation goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience supporting distributed or hybrid work environments and cloud-based tools; background in professional services or recruiting environments is beneficial.
