Project Coordinator II
itD is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support cross-functional project teams by coordinating day-to-day project operations, tracking deliverables, and ensuring initiatives are executed on schedule. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project coordination, operations, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication, and driving execution across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Hybrid – Menlo Park, CA (onsite 3 days per week)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: Depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies), and other project documentation to ensure project accuracy and visibility.
- Track deliverables across multiple workstreams and proactively follow up with stakeholders to support on-time completion.
- Prepare and distribute project communications, including weekly status reports, milestone updates, decision logs, and executive-ready summaries.
- Support project governance activities, including recurring status meetings, milestone reviews, and escalation of risks and issues to project leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain standardized documentation, templates, trackers, and project processes.
- Assist with reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and project trackers.
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or an administrative/project support role.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing project status updates and tracking action items.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and experience maintaining project documentation and trackers.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes, timelines, and project governance practices.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting networking, infrastructure, or data center projects.
- Previous experience working within a large technology organization.
- Experience supporting procurement or operational processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
