Summary:
Overview The Professional Services team is seeking a contract Project/Program Manager to drive internal initiatives and keep cross-functional efforts on track. This is an operationally focused role for someone who can take ambiguous goals, build structure around them, and shepherd them to completion without heavy oversight.
Responsibilities
Lead internal PS initiatives end to end defining scope, milestones, owners, and timelines Maintain project plans, status reporting, and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into progress and risk Coordinate across PS delivery, operations, sales, and adjacent teams to remove blockers and keep work moving Run recurring program reviews and drive accountability on action items and deadlines Surface risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps early, with recommended paths forward Document processes and decisions so initiatives stay durable beyond any single effort
Qualifications:
5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or technology organization Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and the ability to translate data into clear status narratives PMP, Agile, or similar certification a plus but not required
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $85.00- $90.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
