ERP Project Manager - Electrical Infrastructure Services & Construction - Up to $110/hr w-2
Are you living in the Bay Area, and looking for a change into something new and exciting? This might be the perfect opportunity for you! You are joining at the right moment, before the system is fully built, when your decisions actually shape how things run.
This is a high-growth, private equity-backed business in the electrical infrastructure and construction space. They are scaling fast and they need someone who can take ownership of the ERP function and make it work properly. You are not inheriting a polished setup. You are coming in early enough to leave a real mark.
Day to day you are managing the ERP applications environment, working closely with operations and finance to make sure the system supports the business rather than slowing it down. You are troubleshooting, improving processes, connecting the dots between the technology and the people using it. When something is not working, you fix it. When something could work better, you say so and you act on it.
The role is hybrid, so you have flexibility in how you work. There is occasional travel to California or Phoenix, AZ, which keeps things interesting without pulling you away constantly.
This role is also a contract to hire role, with the first 3-6 months being contract, with the intention of full time conversion after this initial period.
The growth potential here is real. You are coming into a business that is moving quickly, backed by serious investment, and you will be visible to the people making decisions. What you do here will not go unnoticed.
You have hands-on experience with Vista Viewpoint. That is the foundation everything else builds on. This is a great next step if you are a few years into your ERP career and ready to step into something with more scope and more responsibility.
Ready to stop being one of many and start being the person who actually owns it?
Note: Unfortunately the client cannot provide visa sponsorship, so candidates must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or through a third-party employer (no H-1B)
