We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support and administer enterprise technology environments across multiple clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities Include

Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, reliable, and standardized infrastructure.
Supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, and cloud services.
Leading infrastructure upgrades, new technology rollouts, and clinic support projects.
Managing network, Wi-Fi, and endpoint performance issues.
Implementing security controls such as endpoint protection, MFA, and device compliance.
Developing documentation, operational procedures, and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clinic staff to optimize technology use.
Supporting IT migrations, hardware deployments, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications And Skills

4+ years supporting enterprise technology systems.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, macOS, networking, and security.
Experience with endpoint deployment, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong problem-solving, proactive ownership, and process improvement skills.
Customer-focused with excellent collaboration abilities.
Willing to travel approximately 30% and work in a hybrid environment in the Nashville/Brentwood area.
